ST. MARY'S EAST EDEN

POLICY FOR USE OF THE PARISH CENTER/CLASSROOM

Any organization or group who would like to use St. Mary's Parish Hall or its Classrooms must call the Rectory 3 months in advance of their scheduled event to make arrangements.

All Parish Organizations, such as the Parish council, Altar Rosary, Holy Name Society, Scouts and Youth Groups must hand in their schedule of meetings by the end of September of the year in which they wish to use the Parish Center (for instance, if your group wishes to use the Parish Center during 2005/2006, they must have their scheduled meetings listed and in the Rectory by September of 2005).

Please understand that no exceptions will be made concerning this policy.
